Refund policy

Returns and exchanges must be made within 30 days from the delivery date.

All products must be unused, unwashed, and in new condition.

To initiate a return or exchange, email us at info@canvasbackwaterfowl.com with the order number, product being returned/exchanged, and reason for the return/exchange. Once approved, we will email you with additional information about processing your return/exchange.

Returns will be credited to the original credit/debit card used at the time of purchase.

Exchanges can be made for a different size or color of the purchased item based on availability at the time of processing. The shipping cost of the replacement item is on us.
